    • Create an account to save their questionnaire results.
    • Access a paid feature to receive a personalized learning plan for a one-time fee of $2.

  2. User Responsibilities

    • Account Registration: Users must register with a valid email address to create an account. You may use a pseudonym or fake name if preferred.
    • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate payment information when purchasing a personalized learning plan.
    • Appropriate Use: Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms while using the Service.

  3. Usage Restrictions

    Users are prohibited from:

    • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the app or its functionality.
    • Stealing or reproducing artwork or other proprietary content without permission.

  4. Payments and Refunds

    • The fee for a personalized learning plan is $2, payable via Stripe.
    • All payments are one-time, non-refundable, and final.

    All illustrations, artwork, and other proprietary content within the Service are the exclusive property of Stepping Stonez. Users are not granted any rights to use or reproduce this content.

    • Stripe: For secure payment processing. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
    • Google Analytics: For usage monitoring, with anonymized data wherever possible.
    • Supabase: For user authentication and data storage.

    We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party services.
